atelier lumiere is a boutique lighting design studio based in New York City. Lead by a team of innovative designers, they bring together diverse expertise in Lighting Design, Architecture & Interior Design, Electrical Engineering to Sculptural Art. Understanding that the best lighting projects are perfect installations where client investments are carefully managed, we carefully consider buildability, electrical integration, material compatibility, efficiency and client value for each project.

Within architectural spaces and many types of built environment, we constantly balance function and atmosphere, giving artistic impressions, yet meeting the client’s programmatic needs. Treating the project as a blank canvas, we present ourselves as the master painters, using light sources as our paints and luminaire as our brushes - we reveal texture through shadow, mood through color, and energy through the dynamic interplay of light movement.
